PENGORBANAN BUKANLAH SEPELEH HAL YANG DI PIKIRKAN OLEH SETIAP MANUSIA.

Pengorbanan bukanlah sepeleh hsl yang di pikirkan setiap Manusia,melainkan pengorbanan hanya di miliki oleh seorang patriot  pejuang   sejati  yang benar-benar Memperjuangkan demi keadilan dan kedamaian,untuk menciptakan kepada Dunia,oleh sebab itu seorang patriot kami saut di hormatinya.dan seorang patriot pejuang yang sejati tidak pernah kata kalah,rasa bosan,rasa emosionalisme,tetapi apa yang di rasakan semua hal bisa dan itu bukan hal yang mengalakan tetapi semuanya itu hanya salah satu Ilmu rasakan akan lebih memperkuat lagi dan atau lebih mempertajam  dan memajukan lebih kuat untuk mewujudkan cita-citanya.

NEGARA PADA UMUMNYA MEMBENTUKAN KEDAULATAN.

Karena Adanya  bebera Faktor yang Menentukan Wilayah Negara yaitu:

1.     Penduduk yang tetap

2.     Wilayah tertentu

3.     Pemerintahan

4.     Kedaulatan.

a.Dalam unsur kependudukan ini harus ada unsur kediaman secara tetap.penduduk yang tidak mendiami suatu Wilayah secara tetap dan selalu berkelana(nomad) tidak namakan penduduk sebagai unsur konstitutif pembentukan suatu Negara.yang meningkat seseorang dengan Negaranya ialah kewarganegaraan yang di tetapkan oleh Masing-masing Hukum Nasional yaitu ada tiga cara penentapan kewarganegaraan sesuai Hukum Nasional yaitu:

1.Jus sanguinis

   Ini adalah cara penetapan kewarganegaraan melalui keturunan.menurut cara ini,kewarnegaraan anak ditentukan oleh kewarnegaraan orang tua mereka.

2.Jus Soli

    Menurut system ini kewarnegaraan seseorang ditentukan oleh tempat kelahirannya dan bukan kewarnegaraan orang tuanya.

3.Naturalisasi

  Suatu Negara memberikan kemungkinan bagi warganegara asing untuk memperoleh kewarganegaraan setempat setelah memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu,seperti setelah mendiami Negara tersebut dalam waktu yang cukup lama ataupun melalui perkawinan.

Jadi merupakan suatu ketentuan hukum positif bahwa suatu penduduk mempunyai hak menentukan Nasib sendiri,menjadi merdeka dan menentukan sendiri bentuk dan corak pemerintahan serta system perekonomian dan social yang di inginkannya.dan disini hukum Internasional tidak menentukan beberapa harusnya jumlah penduduk salah satu unsur konstitutif pembentukan suatu Negara.

Tidak akan ada Negara tanpa Wilayah.oleh karena itu adanya suatu wilayah tertentu mutlak bagi pembentukan suatu Negara.sebab tidak mungkin ada suatu Negara tanpa wilayah tempat bermukimnya penduduk Negara tersebut.

Wilayah suatu Negara terdiri dari daratan,lautan dan udara diatasnya berdasarkan Konvensi PBB III. Mengenai hukum laut telah mengelompokan sebagian besar Negara di Dunia ada 3 kelompok yaitu:

Kelompok Negara-negara pantai(the land locked states group) dan Negara-negara secara geografis tidak menguntungkan(the geographically disadvantaged states group).wilayah lautan atas nama suatu Negara mempunya keadulatan penuh biasanya terdiri dari perairan daratan,lautan pendalaman,dan laut wilayah,sedangkan wilayah udara adalah udara yang berada di atas wilayah daratan dan bagian-bagian laut tersebut.

Bersadarkan dengan penjelasan diatas tersebut  bahwa setiap warganegara mempunyai hak membentuk Negara baru karena sesuai dengan wilayah,Ras,bahasa,dan keturunan.berarti perjuangan papua merdeka tidak salah,sebab di lihat dari Wilayah,bahasa,Ras,keturunan.orang papua berbeda jahu dengan bahasa melayu Indonesia,dan wilayah Papua tidak termasuk dalam bingkai NKRI,sebab wilayah papua masukan kedalam bingkai NKRI secara Ilegal,  dan Negara penjajah Indonesia mempertahankan Wilayah Papua karena adanya SDA(Sumber Daya Alam).bukan karena kepedulian terhadap rakyat papua barat dan sebagainya, tetapi penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia  mempertahankan wilayah papua barat sebab adanya segala kekayaan Alam Papua.

Itu sebabnya  rakyat papua barat menyatakan kepada penjajah Indonesia bahwa Kemerdekaan itu ialah hak segala bangsa oleh sebab itu penjajahan perampasan SDA,pembunuhan,penculikan,pemusnahan Ras Malanesia Papua Barat harus di hapuskan sebab tidak sesuai dengan Hak Asasi Manusia,keadilan,perdamaian.sebab kekerasan Negara penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia di Papua benar-benar tidak  sesuaia dengan aturan hukum  yang berlaku,  khususnya di wilayah Papua,melainkan aturan hukun yang terapkan oleh Negara penjajah Indonesia di keseluruhan wilayah Papua Barat ialah, menyiksa,membunuh,menculik,memperkosa dan perlakuan tidak manusiawi ini yang terapkan oleh oknum TNI dan POLRI Indonesia terhadap  Rakyat papua yang benar-benar memperjuangkan kebenaran,keadilan,kedamaian,dan mempertahankan Jati diri Ras Malanesia Papua Barat.dan sebenarnya setiap Negara mempunyai tujuan yang mutlak yaitu tidak lain ialah untuk menjamin Hak-hak dan kebebasan warga berdasarkan  aturan hukum yang berlaku.tujuan ini hanya mencapai dalam suatu Negara yang menjunjung tinggi hukum.jadi dalam suatu Negara harus ada jaminan hak-hak Asasi Manusia,demi menciptakannya kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran Rakyatnya,dan memberikan kebahagiaan yang sebesar-besarnya bagi setiap orang,dalam Alam kebebasan yang seluas-luasnya.jika kebahagiaan individu tercapai, maka itulah tujuan Negara telah terwujud.

Tetapi tujuan Negara yang terapkan di tanah papua berbeda jahu dengan penjelasan di atas tersebut,melainkan tujuan Negara yang terapkan di Wilayah papua ialah memusnahkan Orang Asli pribumi Ras Malanesia Papua Barat  dengan tujuan menguasai wilayah Papua Barat dengan keseluruhannya dan menghabiskan hasil kekayaan Alam Papua.itu sebabnya rakyat papua barat menyatakan kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia bahwa kemerdekaan itu ialah Hak segala bangsa(Papua) dan bahasa melayu Indonesia yang berpendudukan illegal di wilayah papua barat segera angkat kaki dan pulang ke tanah jawa,sebab wilayah papua adalah milik orang asli pribumi Ras Malanesia Bangsa Papua Barat.

WILAYAH PAPUA BARAT BERGABUNG DALAM BINGKAI NKRI ILEGAL BERDASARKAN DENGAN ANEKSASI WILAYAH PAPUA BARAT KEDALAM BINGKAI NKRI ILEGAL MAKA SELAGA MACAM PROGRAM DI ATAS MUKA BUMI PAPUA BARAT SEMUANYA ILEGAL.

WILAYAH PAPUA BARAT  BERGABUNG DALAM BINGKAI NKRI  ILEGAL BERDASARKAN DENGAN ANEKSASI WILAYAH PAPUA BARAT KEDALAM BINGKAI NKRI ILEGAL MAKA SELAGA MACAM PROGRAM DI ATAS MUKA BUMI PAPUA BARAT SEMUANYA ILEGAL.

Wilayah Papua Barat Bergabung Dalam Bingkai NKRI Ilegal Berdasarkan dengan Aneksasi Wilayah pauaBarat Masukan Kedalam Bingkai NKRI Ilegal maka segala macam Program dari penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia di Atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat ialah semuanya Ilegal,di bahwa kepaksaan dan di dorong oleh kekuatan Militer,dan di bawa tekanan kebrutalan TNI dan POLRI Indonesia.sehingga Wilayah Papua Barat Masukan kedalam bingkai NKRI secara illegal,dan telah melanggar Hukum internasional,dan segala Macam  Program dari Penjajah Kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia Di Wilayah Papua Barat dengan Keseluruhannya Ilegal.oleh sebabnya Rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan Kepada Penjajah Konialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia bahwa kekerasan di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat adalah masalah Internasional bukan masalah Internal Indonesia.

Sesuai dengan Aneksasi Wilayah Papua Barat dengan secara Paksa masukan kedalam bingkai NKRI,itu sebabnya  pembunuhan yang terjadi di seluruh Wilayah Papua Barat secara struktur,sistematis oleh penjajah kapitalisme Indonesia,dan menghilangkan nyawa rakyat  Papua Barat yang tidak tahu berdosa dengan sewenang-wenangnya.ini semuany dengan tujuan Menguasai Wilayah Papua Barat dengan keseluruhannya. Dan menghabiskan nyawa rakyat papua barat secara Membabi buta dan secara terang-terangan dan secara sembunyi tanpa Alasan yang jelas. dan penjajah kapitalisme Indonesia mempertahankan Wilayah Papua Barat sebab adanya SDA(Sumber Daya Alam) dan Mempertahankan Wilayah Papua Barat hanya kepentingan penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia,dan rakyat Papua Barat di bunuh dengan sistematis dan terstruktur Oleh Oknum TNI dan POLRI Indonesia tanpa Bukti yang Jelas,dan segala macam program dalam Bentuk pembangun di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat semuanya kepentingan Jakarta.dan menciptakan segala macam kekerasan oleh TNI dan POLRI Indonesia Di keseluruhan Wilayah Papua Barat dengan tujuan menghabiskan Rakyat Papua tanpa batas,dan TNI POLRI Indonesia Menjalankan Tugas keseluruhan Wilayah Papua Barat tidak sesuai dengan aturan HUkum yang berlaku sebaliknya aturan hukum itu jadikan Alat Pembunuh Rakyat Papua Barat yang tidak tahu berdosa.

Oleh sebabnya Rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia yang  berpendudukan Ilegal di Atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat tanpa syarat harus dan harus keluar.Dan disini kami pertahanan hak Asasi Manusia Papua menyatakan kepada penjajah kapitalime Indonesia Bahwa penembakan yang terjadi keseluruhan Wilayah Papua Barat ialah masala Ideologi.bukan soal kepentingan partai politik,pembangunan,pendidikan,kesejahteraan,kesehatan dan sebagainya,dan selama ini pejabat-pejabat Papua,tok-toko adat,toko-toko Agama,dan Lembaga-Lembaga yang di bentuk oleh penjajah kapitalisme Indonesia semuanya tidak Jelas.dan segala macam Program yang di buat oleh Pemerintah Indonesia itu semuanya hanya kepentingan Pemerintah Indonesia dan pejabat-pejabat Papua yang bersangkutan dan  itu hanya atas namakan Wilayah Papua Barat pada hal di balik itu hanya kepentingan penjajah kapitalisme Indonesia dan pejabat-pejabat Papua yang tidak Tahu Bertanggung jawab.dan selama ini benar-benar pejabat-pejabat Papua tidak Jelas Melainkan pejabat-pejabata Papua selalu hidup dengan suapan Penjajah Kolonialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia.

Oleh sebab itu kami rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan Kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia yang berpendudukan Ilegal di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat  tanpa syarat harus Meninggalkan Wilayah Papua Barat pulang ke tanah Nenek moyang di Jawa.tidak ada Alasan untuk mempertahankan Wilayah Papua Barat kedalam bingkai NKRI.kini saatnya Rakyat Papua Barat Mengambil tindakan yang tegas kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia untuk mengusir dari di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat dari Sorong sampai Merauke.dan kini saatnya Rakyat Papua Barat mengatur Barisan untuk melawan penjajah Kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia,sebab segala macam Program yang di buat oleh penajajah Kolonialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia ujung-ujungnya menghilangkan Nyawa Rakyat Papua dengan Alasan yang tidak jelas,dengan maksud                 Menguasai Wilayah Papua Dengan Keseluruhannya.tetapi Kami Rakyat PapuacBarat Menyatakan Kepada Penjajah Kolonialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia bahwa segala Macam program,kekerasan,penyiksaan,pemusnahan,pemerkosaan, dan segalanya itu bukan Solusi untuk Menguasai Wilayah Papua dengan Keseluruhannya dan segala macam program yang di Rancang Oleh Penjajah Indonesia Itu semunya khayalan yang tidak pernah terwujud apapun Disana,ini benar-benar sampai kapanpun tidak akan Membangun Wilayah Papua.sebelum Papua Merdeka tidak akan perubahan apapun di keseluruhan Papua. Dan penjajah kelonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia harus memahami baik-baik kata papua Merdeka.

Negara penjajah kolonialisme dan kapitalisme Indonesia tidak pernah Bersandar pada aturan Hukum yang Berlaku,Negara Pemakan sesama Manusia kanibalisme Indonesia tidak ada Alasan Mempertahankan Wilayah Papua Barat tanpa syarat.

Dan kami dari Pertahanan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua Barat menyatakan dengan tegas kepada Penjajah Indonesia yang berpendudukan Ilegal di atas Muka Papua Barat adalah Musuh dari pada Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat yang harus Musnahkan Dari Wilayah Papua Barat dari Sorong sampai Merauke.dan disini kami rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia bahwa tidak ada keuntungan sama sekali bagi rakyat Papua Barat,dan Wilayah Papua Barat Aneksasikan Ke dalam Bingkai NKRI tahu 1969 hingga saat ini benar-benar tidak ada keuntungan sama sekali bagi Rakyat Papua Barat,dan tidak perubahan apapun di keseluruhan Wilayah Papua Barat, Melainkan perubahan dari Penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme indonesia ialah menghilangkan Nyawa Rakyat Papua Barat yang tidak tahu Berdosa,dari tahun 196oan hingga saat ini. kesejahteraan  yang di terapkan oleh penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat ialah Pemusnahan masal,pembunuhan,penyiksaan,pemenjaraan,penculikan,pemerkosaan,pencurian,dan sebagainya.kerja sama antara Pemerintah Indonesia dan pejabat-pejabat yang selalu hidup dengan suapan penjajah Kolonialisme dan Imperalisme Indonesia.

Dan disini kami dari Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat Menyatakan dengan tegas Kepada Penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia bahwa Menjalan tugas tidak sesuai dengan Ketentuan Hukum yang ada  maka kami pertahanan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua menyatakan kepada penjajah Indonesia ialah kekebalan Hukum,mengesampingkan Hukum.melainkan Aturan Hukum Jadikan Alat Pembunuh,pemusnah,penculik,pemenjaraan,penyiksaan  terhadap orang-orang  benar-benar Membicarakan keadilan,kedamian,dan kebenaran.oleh sebab itu kami pertahanan hak Asasi Manusia Papua Menyatakan Kepada penjajah Indonesia bahwa Negara yang tidak punya Aturan yang jelas,Negara pemakan sesama  Manusia kanibalisme dan tidak pernah tunduk pada aturan Hukum yang berlaku.

Maka kami rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan Kepada Negara penjajah Indonesia  bahwa benar-benar tidak punya aturan Hukum.oleh sebabnya Kami rakyat Papua Barat Menyatakan Kepada Negara penjajah kapitalisme Indonesia  yang berpendudukan Ilegal di Atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat Bahwa Kemerdekaan itu aialah Hak segala Bangsa(Papua),oleh sebab itu penjajahan di atas Dunia Harus di hapuskan sebab tidak sesuai dengan keadilan,kedamian,Hak-hak Dasar setisp Manusia yang ada di Bumi(Papua).

Oleh sebab itu kami dari pertahanan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua menyatakan Kepada penjajah kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia(Kelompok Gabungan Kriminal  TNI dan POLRI Indonesia)menjalankan tugas tidak sesuai dengan Aturan Hukum yang berlaku,dan kami katakan kepada kelompok gabungan Kriminal TNI dan POLRI Indonesia kekebalan Hukum,mengesampingkan Hukum,dan UUD 1945 di jadikan alat Pembunuh,penculik,penyiksa,pemerkosa,penguasa,penjajah,dan menguasai Wilayah papua secara Ilegal.menghilangkan Nyawa Rakyat Papua Barat tidak tahu Berdosa dengan semena-mena tanpa Alasan yang Jelas.

Dan kami pertahanan hak Asasi Manusia Papua Menyatakan kepada Pejabat-pejabat papua,toko-toko-adat,Agama,MRP,selalu hidup dengan suapan Penjajah Kolonialisme dan imperalisme Indonesia sehingga tidak pernah Membicarakan Rakyat yang Menderita di bahwa  tekanan dari Kelompok gabungan Kriminal TNI dan POLRI Indonesia.oleh sebabnya kami pertahanan hak Asasi Manusia Papua menyatakan kepada pihak-pihak yang kami sebutkan di atas tersebut tidak jelas dan tidak tahu bertanggung jawab terhadap Rakyatnya yang  sedang menghadapi penyiksaan,pemenjaraan,penculikan, dan sebagainya ,perbuatan dari kelompok gabungan Kriminal TNI dan POLRI Indonesia yang merajalela di atas Muka Bumi Papua Barat secara Ilegal.
